How I hold this work
I care about doing this work well, and doing it right. These are the commitments I keep in every session, so that you always know what to expect and feel safe in the work.
I work only within my scope
I offer hypnotherapy for self-improvement and personal growth. This is not psychotherapy, and it does not diagnose or treat any medical or psychological condition. If something falls outside this work, I will say so plainly and help you find the right kind of support.
I am honest about what to expect
I will never promise a cure or a guaranteed result. What I promise is my full attention and my commitment to supporting your process. We will be clear together about your goals, the pricing, and what the work involves before we begin.
Your comfort and autonomy come first
You are always in control. You can ask a question, slow down, or stop at any time. You will be treated with dignity and respect, without judgment or discrimination of any kind.
Your privacy is protected
What you share with me stays private. Records and notes are kept secure, and nothing is shared without your written consent, except in the rare case where the law requires it, such as a risk of serious harm.
I keep clear and healthy boundaries
Our relationship stays a professional one, and there is no place in this work for exploitation of any kind. If a session ever involves a gentle physical cue, such as a light touch on the hand, I will explain it and ask your permission first.
I represent my training honestly
I am a certified Master Hypnotherapist, trained at the Hypnosis Motivation Institute. I describe my qualifications accurately, and I keep learning so that my work stays current and grounded.
Online sessions hold the same standards
All sessions are held online, with the same care, privacy, and respect as in-person work. I ask only that you join from a quiet, private space where you feel safe and undisturbed.
Your safety matters most
If you are ever at risk of harm, your wellbeing comes before everything else, and I will help you reach the right support. I will always encourage care from a licensed professional when it is needed. Anyone under eighteen is welcome only with the written consent of a parent or guardian.
Inner Alchemy offers hypnotherapy and guided imagery for vocational and avocational self-improvement only. This is not the practice of psychotherapy, and it does not replace medical or psychological care.
If you ever have a question about how I work, you are always welcome to ask.
